During a recent appearance on Good Morning Britain, he stated: “For two and a half years, I’ve been dealing with this autoimmune disease. The pain has been relentless every single day.” After exploring various medications and treatment options, he found relief in the carnivore diet, which consists solely of meat and eggs.
“The last few weeks have shown a noticeable improvement. The inflammation has reduced, and I finally feel like I’m regaining control of my life.”
Adam also speculated that his late father might have suffered from the same condition, as he often endured prolonged pain. However, by altering his eating habits, Adam has experienced a positive shift in his health. “For over a month, I’ve stuck to just meat and eggs—no vegetables, no sugar, no carbs. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for everyone, but this is what works for me right now.”
Not long ago, Adam shared his concerns about having to rely on medication indefinitely. “There are good days and bad days, but the idea of being on meds for life didn’t sit well with me.” He previously took a form of medication with effects similar to chemotherapy, which resulted in difficult side effects.
After much reflection, he chose to temporarily stop his medication and explore a more natural approach. “I don’t know if this will be a permanent solution, but I want to give it a fair shot. If it doesn’t work, I can always return to medication, but for now, this is my path.”

Understanding Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune disorder that triggers inflammation, pain, and stiffness in the joints, mainly affecting the hands, feet, and wrists. Symptoms often fluctuate, with unpredictable flare-ups. Early intervention can help slow its progression and minimize long-term joint damage.
Beyond joint discomfort, the condition can lead to fatigue and weight loss. If left unchecked, rheumatoid arthritis may contribute to complications such as carpal tunnel syndrome, inflammation in the eyes, lungs, and heart, and an elevated risk of stroke.
While there is no definitive cure, timely diagnosis and targeted treatment can aid in managing symptoms and preserving a high quality of life.
