Today show anchor Dylan Dreyer has quietly relisted her upscale New York City condo for $2.5 million, nearly eight years after she and her husband, Brian Fichera, purchased the residence.
Dreyer, 43, and Fichera, 38, originally bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in June 2016, just months before welcoming their first son, Calvin, in December of that year. Now, with their family having expanded to include sons Oliver, 5, and Rusty, 3, the couple may be seeking a more spacious home.
According to real estate records, Dreyer and Fichera first attempted to sell the apartment in late 2023. However, the listing was abruptly pulled after just two weeks—only to resurface again in early January 2024 at the same price.
The 1,491-square-foot residence, built in 2008, boasts floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Battery Park, an open-concept living area, and a modern chef’s kitchen outfitted with sleek gray cabinetry, marble countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances.
The listing describes the primary suite as “oversized,” complete with a spa-like five-fixture bathroom featuring limestone flooring, teak cabinetry, and high-end Waterworks fixtures.

“‘You have to move,’ they said. ‘You’ll never fit in your apartment,’ they said. ‘Time for a bigger place,’ they said. This is how you do it in NYC. I think they all fit just fine… for now.”
